New Client Downloads
All new clients are required to fill out the 2 Dogs Contract and the Intake forms. With the Intake Form, please fill out a separate pet information form for each pet in the household.
All existing clients are required to fill out a new 2 Dogs Contract yearly, in addition to the WalkieIntake. This allows us to have up-to-date information and for you to review existing information to make certain everything is correct.

Pet Sitting Rates and Procedures
Rates
Overnight Stays
$90
Overnight visits have a base rate of $90 per night for 2 pets.
There is an additional $25 for each additional pet.
Overnights start at 6PM and end at 6AM and include 1 additional mid-day visit. Overnight Stays cover a 24 hour period from start of service. Any additional visits are charged at the Drop-In Visit rate below.
To hold your dates, we now require a 50% deposit to be paid up front at the time of booking.
Drop-In Visits & Daily Dog Walks
$35
Drop-in visits are $35.00 for 30 minutes.
This includes potty/exercise, playtime, feeding and water refresh.
Drop-In Visits & Daily Dog Walks Package
$150
Discounted rate for pre-pay services of 5 drop-ins or dog walks. Savings of $25. Visits may not be transferred to another client and can be scheduled/used at any time within 1 year.
Pet Sitting
$25
This service is for up to 3 hours in your home when your pets need som extra time and attention. Note, this is an hourly service and does not include dog walks. It includes outside play time in your yard, food and water refresh and lots of attention and companionship.
In Our Home Boarding
$
We allow a few select clients to board in our homes. Boarding has a base rate of $65 per night for up to 2 pets. There is an additional fee of $25 per night for each additional pet.
Please schedule boarding ahead of time, as space is limited to only one client at a time.
To hold your date, we do require a 50% deposit to be paid up front at looking time to reserve your dates.

Booking
All bookings must go through Pamela Key, owner of 2 Dogs Pet Services. Please contact Pamela at 386-986-7177 to schedule services. Any services not scheduled through Pamela are not covered by insurance.
Payments
We accept Stripe, cash, checks (made to 2 Dogs Pet Services), Zelle, CashApp and Venmo. Invoices are sent out a week prior to services. We now require payment made to 2 Dogs Pet Services and NOT to the individual pet sitters please.
Required Documentation
Before service begins, all clients must have the following on file:
• A signed 2 Dogs Pet Services Contract • A completed Pet Intake Form — a separate form is required for each pet
• A current rabies certificate for each pet
• A current signed veterinary authorization form, giving us permission to seek and authorize veterinary care on your behalf in an emergency
These documents are collected before your first service date and are kept confidential and on file.
Cancellation Policy
We know plans change. We try to be as fair as we can — but reserving your dates means turning away other clients, our cancellation policy is firm past the windows below.
Overnight Pet Sitting & Boarding
• 14 or more days' notice: your deposit applied to a future booking or refunded.
• Less than 14 days' notice: your deposit is forfeited.
Drop-In Visits
• 24 or more hours' notice: no charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice:
50% of the visit fee charged.

Holidays
2 Dogs Pet Services recognizes all Federal Holiday's with an additional $25 for pet sitting (per day) and $5 for drop-in visits. We recognize all Holidays, including New Years Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Vteran's Day, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas week.
Fleas and Parasites
As a pet care professional, it's important to maintain a clean, flea-free and parasite free environment for all my clients. There is a zero-tolerance policy for fleas and parasites to protect the pets in our care and to prevent the spread to other pets.
Any instance of fleas and parasites will be addressed immediately to ensure the safety of all pets under our supervision. This can include treatment at the owners expense or immediate termination of all services.
Behavioral Disclosure
Please let us know in advance about any aggression, reactivity, resource guarding, or escape-risk tendencies so we can plan accordingly and keep your pet — and everyone else — safe. Failure to inform us of a bite-risk will cause immediate termination of services.
NOTE: There is an additional $30 per night fee added for bite-risk dogs. These dogs may only be scheduled with Pamela Key.
No Additional Guests
For our protection (and comfort), we no longer allow additional people to be present in the home during over-night dog sitting or drop-in visits without prior communication and approval.
